These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Werewolf Discord bot ("the Bot", "we", "us"). By adding the Bot to a server or playing a game with it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Bot.
The Bot provides an automated, text-based Werewolf (social deduction) game inside Discord servers. It creates temporary channels, assigns secret roles via direct message, and moderates the game. The service is provided free of charge.
You must comply with the Discord Terms of Service and meet Discord's minimum age requirement to use the Bot.
You agree not to:
We may block any user or server that abuses the Bot, at our discretion.
To function, the Bot requires certain Discord permissions (including managing channels and roles to create and configure private game channels). By inviting the Bot, you grant it the permissions requested. You may remove the Bot or its permissions at any time.
The Bot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Bot — including features, game modes, and roles — at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uptime, and games in progress may be interrupted by restarts or outages.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Bot is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. You use the Bot at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Bot.
You may stop using the Bot at any time by removing it from your server. We may suspend or terminate access to the Bot for any user or server that violates these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Bot after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
